Rotabee for cafés
A café rota that survives the week
Early opens, weekend rushes and students whose timetables change. Rotabee keeps the week in one place, so a swap doesn't mean a dozen messages.
Where the rota goes wrong
Someone can't open on Saturday, and you find out on Friday night
Post an open shift to everyone who's free, and the first to tap takes it
Swaps are agreed in the group chat, so the rota is wrong by Tuesday
Staff swap in the app, you approve, and the rota updates for everyone
A close followed by an open leaves someone with barely any sleep
Short rest between shifts is flagged before you publish
Most single cafés with up to 8 staff fit the Solo plan. See pricing, or read an illustrative example.
