How the 20 minutes go

0–3 min
Hello
Your business, your team, and what's hard about the rota today.
3–12 min
Your rota, rebuilt
Share last week's spreadsheet or a photo of the paper rota, and we build it in Rotabee as you watch.
12–17 min
The staff side
Swaps, open shifts and holiday requests, from a phone.
17–20 min
Questions and price
What it costs for your sites, with no sales script and no follow-up spam.

You'll talk to Maya Chen

Co-founder. Ran a café in Leeds for six years and built the first Rotabee rota on a napkin. Maya is fictional: this is a demo site, so no call takes place.

Before you book

Do I need to prepare anything?

Only last week's rota, in whatever form it's in. A photo of a whiteboard works.

Can my manager join?

Yes. Add their email when you get the confirmation and we'll invite them.

What if I need to move it?

Every confirmation email has a link to pick a new time, up to an hour before.
