You're trusting us with other people's details
Names, phone numbers and hours aren't only yours to think about. The short version of our privacy policy:
Who holds what
You decide what goes in, and we only use it to run Rotabee for you. We never sell it, or market to your staff.
Where it lives
Stored in the EU and encrypted, in transit and at rest. Access by our team is limited and logged.
Taking it with you
Ask for a copy as a CSV at any time. When you close your account, it's deleted after 30 days, except invoices the law says we keep.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free with no card. If you don't subscribe by the end, your rota becomes read-only, and you can still export it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. There's no cancellation fee.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry over 7 days and email you each time. After 14 days the rota becomes read-only until it's paid, and nothing is deleted.
What if I move up a plan mid-month?
It switches on straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down takes effect next month.
What if I go over my staff limit?
We let you know and give you 14 days to move up a plan or archive staff. Nothing stops working in the meantime.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund part months, but if Rotabee is down for more than 24 hours in a month, ask and we refund the whole month.
Is tax included?
No. Prices are before VAT, and we add it where the law requires it.
