The shop is quiet in winter and packed every summer weekend. Holidays all landed in August, and nobody noticed until it was too late.
How they set it up
Holiday requests now go through Rotabee, and a request that leaves a weekend uncovered is flagged before it's approved.
When someone calls in sick, the owner posts the open shift and the first free mechanic takes it from their phone.
